Playing the Victim

Today during the Good Night talk Fr Tom, quoted an unknown author saying “decisions that we make, decides our life”

Later, thinking abut it I thought he was very true in saying so. The decisions that I make today defines the ‘me’ for everyone who are dealing with me.

Then it is I who am  who is full responsible for my actions, not anybody else. It is not the decisions of others that define my life rather my own personal decisions. So when we stop playing the blame game of being the victims of others actions we start growing.

Lesson: Most often psychologist themselves need therapy…
